Scott's idea was a digital twist on the classic restaurant 'fishbowl' marketing ploy—where customers drop business cards into a bowl for a free lunch shot. He knew email could deliver marketing at scale; and he saw it as the best way to know and engage customers directly.
In time we evolved to offer services that encompassed online ordering, reservation management, brand and loyalty programs – empowering restaurants to make data-driven decisions about pricing, strategy and engagement.
Fishbowl took another game-changing turn in 2023 with the introduction of our Guest Relationship Management platform made exclusively for restaurants.
